Our return & refund policies are available if initiated within five (5) days of receiving your package (the arrival date is defined as the date that shows the “delivered” status of the tracking number of your package). Any claims made after 5 days will NOT be accepted.
We are focusing on providing high-quality items for you. However, if you receive the item(s) which is damaged and wrong in delivery or has any manufacturing problems, we will process a replacement or refund with these conditions:
In case your return request is accepted, we will refund you after we have received your package and inspected it. Please ship your package via insured ground service (recommend: USPS or UPS) with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process.
NOTE: Please contact us if you want to return your item. Returning without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted. The address marked on the shipping label is the address of our partnership with USPS's office.

Step 1: After receiving your order, if the items have been damaged, defective or wrong-delivered, you must send the evidence within 5 days. You can record a video while opening the packages or take a photo.

If you have not received the refund from us, please check your bank again. Normally, the refund process will take around 5 – 7 working days (depending on the bank).

You can only cancel your order within 6 hours since your purchase is completed. However, please be well-informed that we need to pay for management, processing, and transaction fees, so 10% of your total order value must be charged for the cancellation.
You can only revise the order information (size, color, address) within 12 hours since your purchase is completed.
